PrankCall.app Terms

These Terms are between you and Syed Shah, the provider of PrankCall.app.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. We may require a verified UK mobile number.

Calls you may make

You may call only an adult friend, family member, or colleague who you reasonably believe will welcome a fictional comedy call. Do not use PrankCall.app to threaten, harass, deceive for gain, impersonate a real authority, target a vulnerable person, or break the law.

Recipient control

A recipient can ask the character to stop, block future calls, or report a call. You must not try to work around those choices.

Rings and failed calls

Rings are the service credits shown at purchase. The checkout screen states the price and quantity before payment. Calls that do not qualify for a charge under the displayed policy are released or refunded automatically.

Recordings and sharing

Recording and sharing depend on the destination policy and the notices or consent shown for that call. You must not copy, publish, or misuse another person’s voice or words outside the controls we provide.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account to protect recipients, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. An under-18 declaration closes the account.
