How your Rings move

Reserved: Set aside when you start a call, and excluded from your available balance.
Used: A qualifying call settles the reservation. This is not a second charge.
Returned: An eligible unsuccessful, voicemail, failed or safety-ended call releases its reservation once the outcome is confirmed. Uncertain outcomes can remain reserved.
Earned: An accepted ad reward that has actually been credited. Rewards held for review are not part of your balance.
Purchased: A confirmed pack payment credited to your wallet.

When you can call

Introductory calls: 08:00–21:00 in the destination’s local time. Paid Ring calls have no time-of-day restriction and cost twice the usual Rings during quiet hours. Your exact price is shown before you confirm. Recipient blocking, consent and safety checks still apply.
