Call tokens, explained

Prank call pricing

Rings are the tokens you use to place calls. Choose a pack, then check the actual quote on your character’s setup page before confirming the call.

Ring packs

These are the app’s current GBP pack prices. Your account’s Rings page shows checkout availability and your balance. Review the final payment details before buying.

A Ring pack is not a fixed number of calls

The character page shows its call price. The final quote checks your number, destination and account allowance before the call starts. Some call types cost more than one Ring, so use the quote to see how much your chosen call needs.

  • Scripted: pre-recorded characters can use your eligible introductory call; further calls use Rings.
  • Custom Script: complete the required personalisation fields, then check the quote for that character.
  • AI Intelligence: paid Rings are required. The free Scripted allowance does not cover AI calls.

The account balance and free-call allowance are different things. If you have a free Scripted call remaining but no paid Rings, an AI character will still require tokens.

Pricing questions

Do I need an account to buy Rings?
Yes. Sign in to your Rings page to see your balance, allowance and available packs. Your Rings arrive after payment is confirmed.
Is the introductory call included in a pack?
No. An eligible account’s one free pre-recorded Scripted call is a separate lifetime allowance. Buying Rings does not create another introductory call.
Why does an AI call require payment when I still have a free call?
The free call only covers pre-recorded Scripted characters. AI Intelligence uses paid Rings. Choose a Scripted character to use an eligible introductory allowance.
What happens if a call fails?
Call outcomes determine how reserved Rings are handled under the app’s refund policy. Check your call record and Ring activity for the actual result. Read the terms for the policy rather than assuming every short or unanswered call has the same outcome.
